Eligibility:

1. New contracted MICE and Wedding groups from July 2024
2. Group stay dates from July 2024 – March 2025
3. Minimum two nights stay
4. Minimum 100 pax per night
5. Complimentary visa is offered per room booking based on double occupancy

 

Visa Reimbursement procedure:

1. The contracting party with the hotel is to contact RAKTDA (MICE@raktda.com) for visa reimbursement processing.
2. RAKTDA will reimburse the visa cost for up to AED260 per person (max 2 persons per room)
3. The contracting party will invoice RAKTDA for the visa cost. Supporting documents to include the hotel rooming list along with copies of the approved visa
